We enjoyed our day so much with Grace & Ben at their wedding in late July 2019. The weather wasnt in anyones favour but this didn't stop it being a day to remember. Grace and Ben had put so much thought and effort into their special day which was held at The Chantry Chapel in Rushlake Green near Heathfield and then just over the road to the fields owned by Ben's family to find their wedding tee pees!
Jason started the day meeting Grace & her Bridesmaids to get the 'getting ready photos' which we so love to do. They are such a special part of the day and really encapsulate what we love to do as photographers which is show the day unfolding in a natural way with lots of great photos of the story from start to finish! Grace wore a beautiful floor length ivory gown encrusted with crystals around the waist and with stunning lace work to the bodice. Her Bridesmaids were in lemon. Grace's bouquet reflected the rustic, outdoors theme of the day and continued the yellow colour way.
Ben got ready at his parents house and Sam was there to get photos of the button holes being put on and gifts being given to special people on the morning of the big day. There were masses of detail shots to get of all the fantastic decor in the teepees. Everything that you would expect from an outdoors wedding from bunting to outdoor swings decorated with flowers and decorated hay bales!
Soon it was time to walk down the aisle and we were ready with our trigger fingers to get those very important shots of Grace walking in with her Dad and the first glimpse that Ben saw of his beautiful Bride!
Later at the Reception we gave the newly weds time to mingle with their guests and enjoy a well deserved glass of Pimms and then we took them off for some private shots in the beautiful Sussex scenery. I think it is fair to say that a fantastic day was had by everyone and we were so pleased to be a part of it.
We wish Ben and Grace much love and happiness for a fantastic future together.
